Also to be added to the list, as reminded by this link, are Americans who refer to taking a vacation as being "on holiday."
Good list. I think scrapbooking is the root of all evil. If I ever saw a Gwen Stefani scrapbook I think I would go all Incredible Hulk on somebody.
